About Bjorn and Nordlight Healing
I'm Bjorn, and I started Nordlight Healing because I know what it's like to feel stuck in your own body and mind.
For much of my life, I lived with self-limiting beliefs and patterns of thinking that were difficult to break free from. Perfectionism, black-and-white thinking, and a sense of not being good enough shaped how I experienced myself and the world. I also went through periods of severe post-viral fatigue that had a huge impact on my overall wellbeing and energy levels.
I discovered Reiki by accident through a local introductory course. I was very sceptical, but something about it felt worth exploring. That weekend ended up changing the course of my life.
What shifted through Reiki self-healing was fundamental: I stopped living from my head and actually felt safe in my body again. Over time, working with Reiki and Seichem alongside tarot deepened that foundation. The changes became rooted and lasting in a way nothing else had managed.
I've learned that real healing happens when the mind and body finally have permission to settle and rebalance. Reiki and Seichem create the conditions for that directly. Tarot offers honest reflection and perspective when you need it most.
I offer Reiki energy healing and tarot readings from St Neots, Cambridgeshire, as well as online sessions worldwide.

Background & approach
I grew up in Northern Norway, in the Lofoten Islands within the Arctic Circle. The nature there is breathtaking and wild. I'm also of Sámi descent on my mother's side. Within Sámi tradition, there is a deep-rooted understanding that everything in the natural world has its own spirit - and that we are not separate from it, but part of it. That perspective has stayed with me, and I bring it into my energy work through a focus on grounding and connection.
My approach is calm, intuitive, and respectful of your own pace. I work with an awareness of how the nervous system influences how we think, feel, and respond, particularly when we feel overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. Reiki and Seichem helps the body settle energetically and find harmony, while tarot offers reflection and perspective on what's already present but not always easy to see clearly.
I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who are neurodivergent or navigating complex personal experiences. My approach is always adapted to meet you where you are, with sensitivity, respect, and complete confidentiality - so you can feel at ease and supported in every session.

Presence and connection
I'm based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, UK, where I offer in-person sessions from my cosy, dedicated healing space. I also work with clients around the world through live online sessions, so you can receive support from wherever you feel most at ease.
I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are and give yourself permission to unwind. Healing doesn't happen on a schedule - you have room to explore what feels important, without pressure or expectation, and the time to integrate what emerges.

I have a background working as a Personal Trainer, which deepened my understanding of anatomy and the body's systems, and informs how I work with energy.
My practice is shaped by daily self-healing, meditation, reflection, and tarot exploration, and by continuous learning through reading, courses, mentorship, and Reiki shares with other practitioners.
