My signature 90-minute Integration Session combines reflective tarot with restorative energy healing. We explore what's unfolding in your life and create space for healing to follow.
We begin with a tarot reading to bring awareness to themes, patterns, and possibilities. This is followed by Reiki and Seichem healing, to help you process what emerges and settle into it.
Particularly supportive during periods of transition, emotional processing, self-development, and important life changes.

Following a tarot reading with Reiki and Seichem energy healing helps you process and integrate what emerged - moving it from your head into your body and nervous system. Many people find the healing portion of the session helps them settle and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
Together, tarot and energy healing offer both reflection and integration. Because both parts are intuitive and responsive, every Integration Session unfolds differently based on what needs attention that day. If deeper integration feels right, additional Reiki and Seichem healing sessions can support that process.
