1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and use of this website provided by Nordlight Healing.

By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services offered by Nordlight Healing are intended for wellbeing, reflection, and complementary support. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

 

2. Bookings and payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through the booking tool, or by getting in touch via the Contact page, email, WhatsApp, text, or through social media.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices, session lengths, and availability may change from time to time.

 

3. Rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows

A minimum notice of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel sessions.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice may be moved to another appointment time or refunded, at my discretion.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
  • If you do not attend your session without notice, this will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

I also reserve the right to cancel or rearrange your session, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice wherever possible. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

 

4. Reiki & Seichem sessions

Reiki and Seichem is a complementary wellbeing therapy intended to support relaxation, reflection, energetic balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure, and should not be used as a replacement for professional healthcare, mental health support, or emergency services.

Results and experiences vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional medical or mental health support and guidance where needed.

 

5. Tarot readings

Tarot readings are offered as a tool for reflection, insight, personal and spiritual guidance. They are not a substitute for professional advice and should not be treated as definitive predictions or instructions.

Nordlight Healing does not provide tarot readings on:

  • health or medical matters
  • legal matters
  • financial or investment decisions

Tarot readings are intended to support your own reflection and decision-making, not replace your judgment or personal responsibility.

 

6. Client responsibility and suitability

By booking a session, you confirm that you are:

  • aged 18 or over
  • booking voluntarily
  • responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions

Nordlight Healing reserves the right to decline, pause, or end a session where it is not appropriate, safe, or within scope to continue.

For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • a private, suitable space
  • a stable internet connection
  • sufficient uninterrupted time for the duration of your session

 

7. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website, including written copy, branding, images, and materials, belongs to Nordlight Healing unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute website content without permission.

While care is taken to keep website information accurate and up to date, no guarantee is given that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
